The annual Monster Enduro at the Brockville Ontario Speedway was a big hit for 2018 as over 160 cars packed the pits on a hot Sunday afternoon.

In the Ladies division Jessica Hamilton took over the lead in the early going and was never challenged through the entire 25 lap affair. Hamilton would charge on to collect the win over early leader Sandy Leduc and karting star Chelsea Marsolais, who rebounded from problems a week ago in the Cornwall enduro to complete the top 3.

The 100 lap 4 and 6 cylinder enduro saw a bad accident in turn 2 as Brian Daye flipped his car and was hit a total of 5 times. The red was displayed and Daye was able to climb out without injury. Once the race resumed Cody Dagleish took over command and would charge on to take the victory. Jesse Thompson came home in the number 2 spot with Alexandre Dupuis crossing 3rd at the checkers.

A few 6 cylinder cars crossed over to compete in the 8 cylinder event to conclude the afternoon and many faired very well early on the wet track surface. Once the track got worked in, 8 cylinder power took over Marc Andre was on the charge. Andre who was behind two laps at one point, made his way back on the lead lap and took the lead with 10 to go and scored the win in the 100 lap event. Roger Hamilton took his 6 cylinder to 2nd with Benoit Nadan crossing in the 3rd spot.
