All eyes will be on the big prize as the top DIRTcar 358 Modified and Sportsman-Mod teams in southeastern Ontario head to Brockville Ontario Speedway Saturday, August 13th as the next round of the Ogilvie’s Auto & Fleet Triple Crown Series takes the green flag.

After the opening round of this year’s chase, Ryan Arbuthnot leads the 358 Modified standings, with Gage Morin, Johnathon Ferguson, Ryan Scott and Chris Herbison rounding out the top 5. On the Sportsman side of the coin, Dan Ferguson is the current point leader, with Adam Rozon, Jessica Power, Shane Stearns and Fire Swamp next in line. Arbuthnot and Power claimed their respective Ogilvie’s titles at the 2021 Northeast Fall Nationals.

In addition to a 50-lap ‘A’ main for the 358’s and a 40-lap feature for the Sportsman teams, the 2nd round of the Ogilvie’s Series regular season shows also includes Novice Sportsman, 1000 Islands RV Crate Sprints and Surprenant Truck Shop Mini Stocks. Racing starts at 7:00.

As the 2022 regular season at Brockville Ontario Speedway starts to wind-down, the track’s special events are just heating-up. Friday and September, September 9th and 10th it’s the Trailer Pros Canada Sprint Weekend, with a doubleheader for the Action Sprint Tour. Friday’s event also includes Pro Stocks, Northeast Late Model Alliance and Vintage Modifieds. Saturday’s schedule features DIRTcar Sportsman, Vintage Mods and Mini Stocks. There will be custom trophies by Gates Graphics presented on both days.

This year’s edition of the King Edward Auto Parts/Dirt Outlaw Apparel Fall Nationals is on the books for October 14th and 15th. Friday’s line-up includes the 358 Modified and Sportsman-Mod Ogilvie’s Auto & Fleet Triple Crown finals, Vintage Mods and Street Stocks with time trials before a 6:00 green flag. The Saturday program starts at 5:00, following time trials. Mr. DIRTcar 100-lap Small Block and 50-lap Sportsman Series events are the night’s headliners, along with the Surprenant Truck Shop Mini Stocks and Pro Stocks.
