Racers and fans alike have marked their calendars for Saturday, May 10th and the kick-off of the 2025 season of action at Brockville Ontario Speedway.

Opening night has 50-lap DIRTcar Small Block Modified and 40-lap Sportsman-Mod features sharing the spotlight as a new year of the Ogilvie’s Auto & Fleet Series takes centre stage. Surprenant Truck Shop Crate Sprints, Novice Sportsman and Mini Stocks will also be part of the lid-lifter line-up.

“Its great to kick-off the new season with one of our marquee events,” said Brockville Speedway track owner and promoter Paul Kirkland. “Along with the 3 rounds under the Ogilvie’s Triple Crown banner, we’re also excited to host a pair of Super DIRTcar Big Block Modified Series tour stops this year.”

Heading into the 31st consecutive season of track promotion by the Kirkland family, Brockville Ontario Speedway Paul Kirkland confirmed that the first of 2025’s Super DIRTcar Series dates is Wednesday, July 30th and will also include the Northeast Late Model Alliance group. For the first time since 2019, the Big Blocks will also be back for the Dirt Outlaw Apparel Fall Nationals Friday, October 17th.

The popular Southeastern Ontario oval on Temperance Lake Road treats fan to some of the most exciting action throughout the season and this year’s schedule comes fully loaded with a string of 18 straight Saturday night shows that will be used to determine the overall championships in venue’s regular weekly divisions.

Competition will be tough in the 358 Modified ranks with the crown up for grabs after 2023 and 2024 champ Ryan Arbuthnot’s announcement that the No. R70 team will sit-out the upcoming season. Meanwhile, multi-time Sportsman-Modified titleholder Bobby Herrington will be back for the Drive for Five, with the team introducing its new No. 88H branding as Dawdy Racing returns for another year.

Make sure you’re on hand for every exciting minute of this year’s schedule at Brockville Ontario Speedway. Check www.brockvillespeedway.com or the track’s social media platforms and pages for the latest news and information heading into the season at ‘The BOS’.
