Southeastern Ontario’s marquee summer racing event is only days away and the promotional team at Brockville Speedway is pulling out all the stops to make this year’s running of the Canadian Classic a memorable occasion.

Abby Stewart – who is no stranger to the Brockville Ontario Speedway community – has been booked as the anthem singer for the track’s Wednesday, July 30th Super DIRTcar Series Big Block Modified tour stop at the local oval. The daughter of former racer Todd Stewart is a recent graduate of the Music Theatre Performance program at Queen’s University in Kingston. She also completed recent showcase events at Springer Market Square in Kingston and the Friday night headliner at Hollyrood Country Jamboree in Belleville. Her next big show is Sunday, August 31st at the CNE in Toronto.

Abby Stewart’s first foray into the music video field – for her 2015 single “I’m Still Faster” – was shot in the infield at Brockville Speedway when she was 14 years old. The video has received almost a million views on You Tube and features on track and behind the scenes cameos from several different racers, including multi-time track champion Danny O’Brien, her cousin Luke Stewart and local radio personality Garry McColman.

Don’t miss a second of the excitement at the Canadian Classic – also including the NLMA Late Models – Wednesday, July 30th at Brockville Ontario Speedway. This will be the first of a pair of Super DIRTcar Big Block Series dates at the popular Southeastern Ontario oval. The next will be Friday, October 17th as part of the annual Dirt Outlaw Apparel Northeast Fall Nationals.
